1. First register by clicking on Registration, on your left, on the home page (www.edi-conference.org) and fill out the form. Once completed, access your account by logging in. Once logged in, you can make the payment by clicking on MY CONFERENCE AREA, then MANAGE MY CONFERENCE and then Make a payment. You will receive confirmation via email.

Conference Fees

Please note conference registration is not complete until conference fees have been received.

Early registration is open until 6th June 2026

Late registration is open till 16th June 2026

On-site participation:

Conference fees including conference dinner, lunches and refreshments
Early registration: €450

Late registration: €550

Doctoral students and chairs

Early registration: €260

Late registration: €360

Third party payments:

In some circumstance delegates may request an invoice to be raised and sent to a third party for payment (eg. their university).

Accompanying Partners:

Accompanying partners are those individuals who are not attending the conference but joining social events and meals with the full fee paying conference participant.

Rate for accompanying partners - €190 (early and late registrations).

Rate for accompanying partners gala dinner only - €130 (early and late registrations).

Funding

EDI is unable to offer any funding to cover any costs associated with conference participation. However, the conference can offer modest cover for costs for keynote speakers.

For participants who need funding to cover their travel, registration and subsistence costs, we suggest applications to external and national funding agencies.

Letters of Invitation

Invitations are issued only for people who have paid conference fees in full.

Those who need a confirmation for the Visa application after paying conference fees in full can send an email to enquiries@edi-conference.org. Include your full name, address, name of presentation and the information in which stream they have been accepted into. Invitation will be sent via email.

Due to legal reasons, EDI is also not able to offer letters of invitation to any prospective participants before the full payment of conference fees.
