Please note conference registration is not complete until conference fees have been received.

Early registration

Conference fees including conference dinner, lunches and refreshments - 395 Euro

Doctoral students - 195 Euro

Late registration (payment received after 21 June 2013)

Conference fees including conference dinner, lunches and refreshments - 495 Euro

Doctoral students - 245 Euro

Accompanying Partners :

Rate for accompanying partners for early and late registration - 150 Euro

Stream Chairs only:
Subsidised administration fee - 195 Euro

Funding

EDI is unable to offer any funding to cover any costs associated with conference participation. However, conference offers modest cover for costs of keynote speakers and stream chairs.

For participants who need funding to cover their travel, registration and subsistence costs, we suggest applications to external and national funding agencies.

LETTERS OF INVITATION

Invitations are issued only for people who have paid conference fees in full.

Those who need a confirmation for the Visa application after paid conference fees in full can send an e mail to

enquiries@edi-conference.org

stating their full name, address, name of their presentation and the information in which stream they are accepted. Invitation will be sent via e mail.

Due to legal reasons, EDI is also not able to offer letters of invitation to any prospective participants before the full payment of conference fees.
