Registration Fees

Please note conference registration is not complete until conference fees have been received.

Early registration (payment received before 15 June 2010)

Conference fees including conference dinner, lunches and refreshments - £300

Doctoral students - £125

Late registration (payment received after 15 June 2010)

Conference fees including conference dinner, lunches and refreshments - £600

Doctoral students - £200

Accompanying Partners :

Rate for accompanying partners for early and late registration - £75

Stream Chairs only - subsidised administration fee - £25

Funding

EDI is unable to offer any funding to cover any costs associated with conference participation. However, conference offers modest cover for costs of keynote speakers and stream chairs.

For participants who need funding to cover their travel, registration and subsistence costs, we suggest applications to external and national funding agencies.

LETTERS OF INVITATION

Those who need a confirmation for the Visa application can write Regine Bendl Regine.Bendl@wu.ac.at

stating their full name, address, name of their presentation and the information in which stream they are accepted. Invitation will be sent via e mail.

Due to legal reasons, EDI is also not able to offer letters of invitation to any prospective participants before the full payment of conference fees.
